Ongoing work.
Drawing + Scan
Original Plan:
Have the ghost come out of the body, instead, I made it so that it seems like it is own entity.
I removed the body, added a mansion instead, and other ghosts

Movie Poster Inspiration
Once again, my project is inspired by Eiichiro Oda's One Piece
However this time, it is the character: Brook
Instead of using a skeleton, I made Brook into a ghost, and have a haunted mansion feel to the movie, though still comedy.

Shirt Design: Sogeking.
Inspired by a One Piece character: Usopp's alternate persona, Sogeking.
I've been working on this since late February, early March just for fun. I wanted to make my own One Piece shirt.

Character Design: Tanukiman
Tanukiman
Based on Eiichiro Oda's Chopperman from the Spin-off series of One Piece, Tanukiman is a play from the gag that the charater Tony Tony Chopper uses. Always mistaken for a tanuki or a raccoon, Chopper, a reindeer, always gets mad at the other members of the Mugiwara Pirate Crew. Chopper always says: Tanuki janai! Tonakai da! I'm not a raccoon! I'm a reindeer!
Tanukiman is a defender of justice! Being able to transform into any object he desires, he protects the city from villains. Opposite to Chopperman, Tanukiman always gets mistaken for a reindeer and says: Tonakai janai! Tanuki da! I'm not a reindeer! I'm a raccoon!

Artist A Day.
I must say that choosing an artist after looking through numerous ones is a hard, and choosing between two of my favorite genre--landscape art and symbolistic art-- had me torn.
In the end, I would choose: Gene Gyunn of San Francisco, CA.
What I like the most about Gene Gyunn's work is the usage of scars as a media to represent people's past, their memories, their pain, and experiences. Like an actual scar, there is always something reminding of of what had happened before, these scars are part of the person, and make up who they are.
Another aspect that I like is how the eyes are hidden. It creates the illusion that their eyes are our eyes, making it feel more personal. The scars they have reflects the ones we have, not physically, but emotionally.

About Me.
I grew up watching animes. Being surrounded by these works of art, the animation, the story, in them, inspired me to draw, sketch, and doodle about the world around me. I know, for myself, that I am not an artist, and even far from being called an average one, though I want to learn how I can enhance, edit, the screencaps that I take when watching these animes.
A blow-up of a panel of the manga Bleach.
This is one of my works, though it was for a class back in high school.
I feel like I'm more of an academic type of person, rather than the creative and artistic one. Though I try to improve on my abilities, as inferior as they may seem to other people.
Educational/Career Goals: My ultimate goal is to become an anesthesiologist, though through these hard times, I have to be flexible and adapt. My current plan involves majoring in Nursing and specializing to a specific field.
